GB National Stage from PCT
Both Chapter I and Chapter II National Stage applications can be filed by our office with the GB Patent Office.
Where required, we can update the disclosure and/or the claims, under the guidance of the applicant and/or the overseas attorney.

Updates may are made in response to the search and preliminary examination results, or to better adapt the application to UK requirements.

We pursue the application before the Patent Office until a patent is granted, if possible.

British patent application from another country
We can file patent applications claiming Convention priority from another country. Updates to the application may be made upon request, under the guidance of the applicant and/or the overseas attorney.

New patent application
Our office prepares quality patent applications, to better protect your invention. An application can be prepared from an informal description, a technical article, etc.
To preserve your rights, you should refrain from disclosing your invention until a patent application is filed.
